I am proud to endorse Elizabeth Lee for Congress in Arizona's 5th Congressional District. I've known Elizabeth for over a decade. We met when we both worked at New Direction Fertility Center in Gilbert—I was the laboratory director and she was our third-party nurse. Right away, I could see she was different. She had this energy about her, this genuine care for every patient who walked through our doors. And she was sharp. Really sharp. Working in reproductive medicine, you see families at their most vulnerable. They're exhausted, often heartbroken, and trying to navigate one of the most complex journeys of their lives. Elizabeth showed up for them every single time. She didn't just do her job—she fought for them. She made sure they understood their options, helped them navigate the system, and never gave up when things got complicated. The thing about Elizabeth is her tenacity. I've never met anyone more determined. When she believes something is right, she won't stop until it's done. She doesn't accept "no" when she knows there's a better answer. And she's been doing this work—advocating for families facing infertility—for years. A couple of years ago, I had the chance to work with Elizabeth again to develop a new, patient-centric IVF program. It reinforced everything I already knew about her. She's someone who leads with integrity. She cares deeply about doing things right, and she won't cut corners—not when people's lives are on the line. Those qualities—the compassion, the problem-solving, the absolute refusal to give up on people—that's what makes her the right person for Congress. Elizabeth knows what it's like to fight for families who've been failed by systems that should help them. She knows how to stand up to powerful interests and get things done. Her platform is about the things we both believe in: healthcare as a right, not a privilege. Economic fairness. Making sure working families can actually get ahead. She wants to protect Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, lower prescription drug costs, and make sure our veterans get the care they've earned. These aren't just talking points for her—she's lived this work. She's seen what happens when people can't access care. This district needs someone who will fight for them the way Elizabeth has fought for every patient she's ever served. I'm proud to call her my colleague and my friend, and she has my complete support. Dr. Sunday Crider, PhD, HCLD/ELD (ABB) Laboratory Director, Wellnest Fertility Inc. I moved to AZ in 2009 and the following year, our district turned over to the Republican Party and, in particular, the factions of the party that do not necessary look at supporting families. It is time to turn our Congressional District over to someone who believes in the Kitchen Table issues--the ability to AFFORD to raise a family. Costs are out of control and people in this district are seeing our politicians have let us down. Gas, food, housing, health insurance, home & auto insurance, have all escalated to where families are losing their optimism to what the future holds. The college education is becoming unaffordable. Primary and Secondary Education is under assault by the Republican Party. Elizabeth Lee is, in my view, the individual with the motivation, character and integrity to make the necessary changes in Congress. She's a nurse, understands our healthcare system and needs, and she's an Invitro Fertilization expert and advocate. Let's work together to make her our Congressional Representative in the next Congress.

I had the privilege of working alongside Elizabeth Lee at Mate Fertility, where I witnessed firsthand her ability to drive meaningful change in healthcare. Elizabeth is not only incredibly organized and resourceful, but she possesses a rare combination of clinical expertise and strategic vision that our healthcare system desperately needs in Congress. Her passion for improving healthcare at all levels isn't just talk—she consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to bringing innovation to fertility care and actively sought out like-minded leaders across the field to advance patient-centered solutions. What sets Elizabeth apart is her genuine dedication to the issues that matter most to families and communities. She understands that access to quality healthcare, maternal health, and fertility care are not luxury issues—they are fundamental rights that every person deserves, regardless of their zip code. Her focus on rural healthcare is particularly crucial as too many communities struggle with provider shortages and limited resources. Elizabeth doesn't just identify problems; she builds bridges, creates solutions, and brings people together to make real progress. Our country needs leaders who combine hands-on healthcare experience with the vision and determination to transform our broken system. Elizabeth Lee is that leader. I wholeheartedly endorse her candidacy for Congress and am confident she will be a tireless advocate for accessible, affordable, and equitable healthcare for all.

I have had the privilege of working with Elizabeth Lee during her time as a volunteer with the organization I currently serve. In every interaction, Elizabeth has shown herself to be thoughtful, intelligent, and deeply compassionate, with an extraordinary drive to improve the lives of those around her. She approaches challenges with integrity, honesty, and empathy, always balancing conviction with tact. Elizabeth is not only a strong advocate but also someone who truly listens and acts with care. Whether in healthcare or public service, when Elizabeth commits to a cause, she gives her whole heart and energy. I am confident she will bring that same dedication and integrity to her service in Congress.

It’s time for real leadership that delivers results. I am proud to support Elizabeth Lee for Arizona’s Congressional District 5 because the current representation has failed to put the needs of Arizona families first. When I first met Elizabeth, I saw someone who was smart, energetic, empathetic, and action oriented. She has the skills and experienced voice we need to make meaningful changes. Elizabeth is not just a great listener; she is a doer. I have no doubt that the same way she advocates for her profession and patients she will advocate for the people of Arizona. Nurses are natural leaders, and Elizabeth embodies that leadership. She understands that so many of the problems we face from access to healthcare, housing insecurity, and economic fairness, to the state of our public schools are tied to the social determinants of health, the conditions in which people are born, live, work, and age that have a major impact on health outcomes. Elizabeth is committed to addressing these root causes, protecting Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, lowering prescription drug costs, and ensuring our veterans get the care they deserve. I have no doubt that when Elizabeth is elected, she will be a strong, principled voice for Arizona’s future protecting what matters most to our health, our families, and our communities.

I’m proud to endorse Elizabeth Lee for Congress. I’ve worked alongside Elizabeth and seen the passion, intelligence, and integrity she brings to work that has real consequences for people’s lives. She’s not only an exceptional nurse and advocate, but a practical leader who knows that improving healthcare starts with listening to patients and their families. While at Wellnest Fertility, Elizabeth’s focus was building systems that made care more affordable, accessible, and equitable. She designed and implemented innovative solutions serving rural and underserved communities that allowed us to deliver evidence-based reproductive care to patients who otherwise would have gone without it. Elizabeth combines clinical expertise with systems-level thinking. She understands how decisions made in Washington often disrupt patient care. She knows the human cost when science is sidelined or reproductive medicine is restricted because she has experienced the impact as both a professional and a patient. Her empathy is earned, and her advocacy is anchored in evidence. Her work consistently raises the standard of care, and just as importantly, elevates the people around her. She builds teams that innovate, think critically, and lead with compassion. At a time when science and medicine are too often politicized, Elizabeth brings authenticity and clarity. She is not a career politician. She is a nurse, a mother, and a problem-solver who knows how to collaborate, navigate complex regulations, and turn good intentions into measurable outcomes. What stands out most is her steady commitment to doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. She believes in patient autonomy, reproductive freedom, and the responsibility of leaders to protect evidence-based care. That conviction holds under pressure. Elizabeth represents what public service should be: competence, compassion, and courage. I’m confident she will bring the same integrity and results to Congress that she has brought to every patient, clinic, and team she has led. Washington would benefit from a nurse who understands how healthcare works and how it feels when it doesn’t. That’s why I wholeheartedly endorse Elizabeth Lee for Congress.
